Being committed to excellent leadership skills, founded on integrity to follow through with the required communication to complete your project on time. Honoring and respecting all team members, trade partners, and client’s needs. With a servient heart, I am driven to be successful in building your Landmark.”

Kara

Chief Marketing Officer

Passionate about bringing visions to life, Kara offers guidance of the highest degree. With focused intention, diligence, and positivity she strives to assist all projects from creation to completion. Kara earned her Associate of Arts Degree with a Business Pathway in 2022. While
studying, she also had a notable collegiate career playing volleyball at Grand Rapids Community College; earning many honors and competing in National Championships. Her competitive nature fuels her to always be better than the day before. Set to the target of achieving consistent results, she is a force of resilience and unlimited belief. Full of faith, she brings insight and intuition into every project, approaching circumstances with a meant to be attitude; flowing with the divine order of events. Honoring the importance of clear, effective, and constructive communication, Kara relays messages with thoughtfulness and integrity.

Maxwell

Chief Operating Officer

A natural born leader, Maxwell has an instinctive notion for what it takes to set the example. His foundation for leadership and commitment was built over his athletic background, as he brings forward these necessary attributes required to achieve success. In 2019 he was a part of a National Championship Baseball Team at the University of Concordia. In addition, he spent two years playing for a Nationally Ranked Lansing Stars Team where he earned his Associates Degree in Business. After schooling and athletics his focus was directed toward the construction trades doing Masonry, Home Construction, and Lakeshore Restoration with Deck and Stairway Access. The compilation of these trades have taught Maxwell a broad array of skills. With this scope of knowledge in multiple fields it is his goal to bring the most structurally sound and organized services to your project. With compassion and integrity, Maxwell is a calm servant that will strive to connect with you on a personable level as we build your Landmark.
